Summary
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our small, friendly village playgroup.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about early years education and excited to help shape children’s futures. You will be friendly, compassionate and fun, with a positive “can-do” attitude and a willingness to get involved — including getting a little messy!
About the Role
You will work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for our children. You will:
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
Work collaboratively within our small, supportive team
Uphold safeguarding and welfare as a top priority
Promote an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can thrive
Working Hours
Term time only
Monday to Friday
4/5 days per week
Between 8:30am and 3:30pm
We can be flexible for the right candidate
About You
Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)
Passionate about working with young children
Reliable, motivated and a strong team player
Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
If you are enthusiastic about early years education and would love to be part of a warm, community-based playgroup, we would love to hear from you. There are opportunities to extend your knowledge and advance your career.
