We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Catering Manager to lead and coordinate a busy catering operation.​

This role requires someone who can effectively organise themselves and others, ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinking, operational oversight and a commitment to excellence will be essential to drive the growth and profitability of the business.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who brings their full self to the role, offering a unique contribution to our team and culture.​

You will play a key part in food ordering, menu planning, HSEQ compliance, stock control and customer satisfaction, while leading and motivating a dedicated catering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide and support catering staff to deliver all elements of the catering service efficiently and effectively

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, the Client and external partners

Develop, manage and evaluate objectives and targets for the contract, including producing a Business Plan

Plan, allocate and monitor workloads to ensure all objectives are met

Manage effective recruitment, training and development, including succession planning for key roles

Ensure compliance with food safety, operations, HR, recruitment and disciplinary policies

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and comply with all Health & Safety legislation

Manage people and financial resources to maximise the profitability of the contract through effective control procedures

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in hospitality food production

Level 3 Food Safety qualification

Well presented, clean and professional

Pleasant, engaging and a strong team player

Able to work unsupervised and lead a catering operation
