Summary
Support Worker (REF:BD20 - RB)
Looking for an outgoing, confident, and bubbly support worker for our young 10-year-old son. RB is a lovely interactive little boy with a complex profile. He has severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD with demand avoidant profile, challenging behaviours, sensory issues, and severe anxiety especially over being separated from known adults.
Role includes doing personal cares, activities in the home and offering a regulating presence. Rory loves playgrounds, swimming and museums and enjoys one on one attention.
PA must have a good level of fitness. An extremely open-minded attitude and very flexible approach. Experience of or willingness to work with challenging behaviour.
Flexible hours (to discuss and confirm with employer)
Hourly rate to be negoitiated with employers based on experience
