-The Planning Technician provides technical and administrative support across all areas of the Planning Service, including Planning Policy, Development.
-Management, Street Naming & Numbering, and Planning Enforcement.
The role helps ensure smooth operations, accurate data management, and high quality customer service.
The successful candidate is expected to:
-Manage shared inboxes, responding professionally to public enquiries.
-Assist with the monitoring and handling of complaints and feedback from customers, MPs, and Councillors.
-Enter, maintain, and extract data from planning databases and mapping systems.
Register, validate, and process planning applications.
-Calculate and process planning application fees and recording payments.
JD document will be provided.
Rate - £20p/h (Umbrella)
Working Pattern - Hybrid (ideally 1-2 days onsite per week)
Start date - 18th March (ideally)
Duration - 12 weeks
Hours - 37 hours Mon-Fri
