SELF-EMPLOYED REFERRAL PARTNER / INTRODUCER (HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE)
Earn £1,000+ per client you introduce (or 40% of billing)
Remote / UK-wide | Self-employed contractor | Commission-only
We’re a legal and regulatory consultancy supporting health and social care providers with CQC registrations, mock inspections & assessments, inspection preparation, ad-hoc advice, ongoing compliance, audit and governance support.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re expanding our network and are looking for well-connected, self-motivated referrers who can introduce new clients to CQC Consultants.
You bring the relationship and the referral.
We handle the entire delivery of the consultancy work for the client.
COMMISSION
• Minimum £1,000 per new client you introduce who instructs us and starts work
OR
• 40% of any billing for that client (minimum applies)
This is a high-trust, high-reward introducer role suited to professionals already working with care providers who regularly need regulatory and compliance support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Identify and approach care providers who need support (e.g., CQC registration, compliance, governance, mock inspections/assessments, policies, audit support)
• Make warm introductions to our team and help book a discovery call
• Share basic context to help us scope quickly (service type, locations, urgency/timeline, main pain points)
• Maintain your relationships as a trusted introducer (we’ll do the project work)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This suits:
• Care sector consultants, quality/compliance specialists, governance/audit professionals
• Former or current Registered Managers / Nominated Individuals / operational leaders
• Sales or partnership professionals already selling into health & social care
• Connected professionals who regularly advise or support providers (e.g., recruitment, training, HR, finance, insurance, property, software, brokerage)
YOU’LL NEED
• Strong UK health & social care network and credibility
• A professional, ethical, consultative approach (no hard-sell)
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Comfort with basic lead/referral tracking
• Ability to operate as self-employed and invoice for commission payments
WHAT YOU GET FROM US
• Clear service offer and pricing guidance to help you position us confidently
• Fast response to enquiries and high-quality delivery for your contacts
• A named point of contact, simple onboarding, and transparent referral tracking
• You stay focused on introductions — we do 100% of the delivery work
