Brand Manager
We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group as a Brand Manager in our Marketing team! You will be responsible for
ensuring the development and execution of our brand strategies elevate brand awareness, enhance customer loyalty and support our
ambitious targets!

Location: Nottingham - hybrid with UK travel
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00
Salary: £45,000 + car allowance
Your Duties Will Include:
* Support Brand Strategy Development and monitor metrics, sales data and category performance
* Collaborate with product development and innovation teams to drive New Product Development (NPD) initiatives aligned with
consumer trends and brand positioning
* Manage profit performance strategies in partnership with commercial teams and finance
* Support artwork and packaging process end to end inclusive of briefing design agencies through to implementing with excellence
in store
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives, increase market share, and drive consumer
engagement
* Partner with digital teams to optimise brand presence online, including website, social media, and e-commerce channels
* Provide brand guidelines and support to internal teams, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
* Be the brand champion and voice during key customer sell ins.
* Budget management responsibilities, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience in brand management within the food industry
* Track record of implementing brand strategies and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics tools.
* Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer research, market analysis, and performance metrics
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership internally and
key customers externally
* Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
