Summary
Warehouse Operative
We are a growing wholesale company specialising in grass and forage crop seed mixtures, supplying high-quality agricultural products to farms and distributors across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team.
Location: CV37 8LN
Pay: £12.21 – £13.68 per hour
Working Hours
Peak Season (March–June & August–October):
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Off-Peak Season:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately picking and packing seed mixtures
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Stock handling and light manual work
• Assisting with quality control checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Own transport is essential due to our rural location (CV37 8LN)
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
