Summary
Warehouse Operative - Night Shift
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire
Hours: 7:00pm – 3:00am
Pay: £13.71 per hour (Guaranteed 40 hours per week)
Plus £1 extra per hour worked to reflect our Job & Finish practice
Breaks: Paid 30-minute break

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Nightshift Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team of 8.
What you’ll be doing:
• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading delivery vans ready for morning routes
• Replenishing stock to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean working environment
What we’re looking for:
• A strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Reliability and commitment to night shift work
• An FLT (Forklift Truck) licence would be highly advantageous
