Almond Valley Care Home is a purpose built luxury care home in Almondside, just outside Livingston town centre in Edinburgh Western. The home offers 66 beautifully designed bedrooms and provides exceptional care in an elegant, welcoming and calm environment.

Receptionist

  • £13.56 per hour
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
  • Onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

The Role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals, creating a warm and professional welcome at all times. You will manage incoming calls and enquiries, greet visitors, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of Almond Valley Care Home.

You will support the management team with day to day administration, maintain accurate and confidential records, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure information is kept up to date. You will assist with filing, documentation and general office organisation, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home.

Your role is central to creating a positive first impression and maintaining a well organised, supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
