Location: Northwich with hybrid working offered after induction and trainingSalary: £33,690.00 - £38,637.98 Per Annum plus bonusBenefits: Generous annual leave entitlement, company pension plus many moreWe have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Executive to join our successful Litigation team in NorthwichAs a Litigation Executive you will be:• Managing a caseload of post-issue credit hire claims on behalf of clients to settlement or to conclusion up to and including at the final hearing• Communicating with clients, counsel, 3rd party insurers and solicitors to maximise the outcome of clients’ claims.• Advising clients on legal matters, explaining complex procedures, and developing case strategies.• Drafting and preparing legal documents, including court pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.• Investigating disputes, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing evidence.• Ensuring compliance with Court and Regulatory deadlines • Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements • Attending hearings to assist barristers or exercising rights of audience in county/magistrates' courts for specific applications.• Negotiating settlements and engaging in dispute resolution and mediation• Managing your own varied caseloads in a timely manner.Join Principia Law as a Litigation Executive and enjoy some outstanding benefits …Of course, there’s a great basic salary, but that’s just the beginning, our most popular benefits include …Salary - Up to £38,637.98 per annum based on experience, enhanced by monthly bonuses of up to £300.Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service.
