Summary

Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Full-Time | Office-Based | £26,000 Starting Salary

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy B2B office environment for our client in Rochdale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Office-based role
Salary & Overtime
  • Starting salary: £26,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid at:
    • 1⅓ rate during weekdays
    • 1½ rate at weekends
The Role

You will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, including:

  • Liaising effectively with internal teams
  • Managing customer orders and enquiries
  • Supporting administrative processes
  • Learning and working with internal systems
  • Applying initiative when working independently
✅ What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an office-based role
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Experience in a B2B environment (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or SOP systems (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and apply new skills
