Summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Customer Service agent on behalf of their client based in Goldthorpe The Role:

• Handling inbound calls and emails
• Processing orders and updating internal systems
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
• Liaising with other departments to keep things moving
• General admin and maintaining accurate records

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Organised and able to manage workload
