Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Manual Production Operatives to join a specialist manufacturing business based in Redruth.

This is a unique opportunity to use your practical and creative skills in a role that genuinely makes a difference. The company designs and manufactures specialist clothing for people with disabilities, helping to improve comfort and quality of life.

If you enjoy hands-on work, drawing, cutting shapes and working with materials, this could be the perfect long-term opportunity for you.

Key Duties
  • Draw and cut materials to required shapes and specifications.

  • Operate sawing or cutting machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Work with a variety of fabrics and specialist materials.

  • Contribute to the production of high-quality, specialist garments.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements
  • Practical, hands-on approach to work.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to follow patterns and measurements.

  • Reliable and committed to long-term employment.

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable but not essential.
