Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their holistic development through play-based learning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, driving the educational experience within our nursery setting.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
Manage daily routines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care.
Provide leadership within the team, mentoring less experienced staff as needed.
Experience
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and drive positive learning outcomes.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental needs.
