A position has become available to work with three lovely young ladies with learning difficulties in a welcoming and friendly home in North Chailey.
They are twins of 24 years of age and an 18 year old.
They require help with baths, personal care and general support.
Applicants should preferably have some experience of working with special needs children/young adults.
They should also be enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
DBS certificate and two references required. Female applicants only.
Duties include:
- Personal grooming
- Other relevant duties as required
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Dressing / undressing
- General support within the home and opportunities to take the girls out somewhere.
Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience of working with special needs children/young adults highly preferrable
- Driving license and access to own vehicle required
