More detail about the role Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and expert advice on job planning for non-medical clinical staff. Maintain and manage the Trusts electronic job planning system, including onboarding and offboarding users. Produce reports for internal, regional, and national job planning KPIs. Deliver training workshops and support materials to enhance organisational knowledge. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance. Contribute to service development and policy improvement initiatives. About You: Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with intermediate HR qualifications or demonstrable experience. Strong IT and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support staff at all levels. Experience in a busy administrative or HR environment, ideally within the NHS. Knowledge of Agenda for Change terms and conditions is desirable. Working Pattern: Flexible - within core hours Mon- Friday. If you join before this date,, remuneration will be based on the 2025-6 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2025/26 | NHS Employers) This is a fixed term contract until 30/09/2026.
