Summary
The post holder will: Work as a registered nurse with a special interest in Learning Disability, Autism and mental health wellbeing for people with learning disabilities. Have a key role in ensuring the smooth running and co-ordination of the shift. Be responsible for maintaining clinical standards under the direction of the charge nurses and team leader. Work in liaison with service users, carers, other professionals and co-operatively with other services, ensuring the delivery of a needs-led service. Work as part of the Trust shift rota across a 24-hour shift pattern. Carry out and advocate professional specific interventions.
