We are seeking an Administrator to join our Mitie Team, offering vital administrative support in a dynamic and engaging role. Responsibilities include managing the answer machine to track staff attendance and absences for timesheet purposes, updating the Mitie Board with holiday, sickness, and authorised/unauthorised absences, and maintaining the signing in/out sheet based on operative messages. Daily sign-in/out sheets must be transferred to the relevant folder. The role also involves issuing wage sheets to Cleaning Operatives and Plant Labourers at the start of each week, collecting them on Fridays, and inputting hours into the Payroll Tech Services Manual Spreadsheet. Every four weeks, the Payroll uploader must be submitted and cross-checked against the Wages Prep Sheet, including basic pay, OT1, OT2, SSP, SMP, and AHP. Any discrepancies should be resolved with Payroll Tech Services. Additionally, the Administrator will maintain individual employee data sheets, tracking annual leave, sickness, authorised/unauthorised absences, SMP, SPP, compassionate leave, and jury service. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration or customer service, strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
