Key Responsibilities
EYFS Excellence: Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision, ensuring holistic development for all children (0-5), including those with SEND.

Baby Room Expertise: Lead by example in providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for our infants.

Observations & Assessments: Conduct regular child observations and maintain detailed digital/written records in line with EYFS guidelines.

Parent Partnership: Maintain warm, professional relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on developmental milestones.

Growth & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas to help shape nursery practices and environment as our setting expands.

Requirements
Qualification: Minimum Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years (Level 3 preferred).

Experience: Proven experience within a nursery setting, with a specific interest or expertise in under 2s/Baby Room care.
