Summary
We are recruiting and have two opportunities available for Clinical Lead Nurses to join our teams at Monarch Healthcare.
The opportunities:
Part time, 24 hours per week at Autumn Grange Care Home (Creswell S80) where we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia
Full time position at Haddon House Nursing Home (Clowne S43) where we offer care and nursing support for older adults, people living with dementia and complex needs.
Position Details:
Schedule: Shift work and supernumerary hours to be discussed with a share of on call.
Shift times: If working as a nurse, the shift times are 06:45-19:00 (Autumn Grange) and 07:45-20:00 (Haddon House)
Rate of pay: £22-£23 per hour
Required: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
We are looking to speak with Registered Nurses with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and Healthcare professionals. Further responsibilities can include but are not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
Support Structure: You will work closely with our supportive Management and Senior Management team. If you are passionate about leading a team and driving positive outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
