Summary

The Role
We are recruiting for a part-time Cleaner to work at a commercial site in Ilkeston. This is a keyholder position and will suit someone reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
Duties will include:
General office and commercial cleaning
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning toilets and welfare facilities
Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
Securing the building after shift
Important Requirements
Must have Right to Work in the UK (checked at induction – no documentation, no start)
Comfortable lone working
Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system
Must use a telephone time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
PIN allocated per worker (non-transferable)
This is covering a permanent vacancy and is expected to move to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
