We are currently looking for someone to join the Marketing, Digital and Brand team as a Visitor Contact Co-ordinator.
You will supervise and coordinate the team responsible for being the first point of contact, from school bookings to enquiries and complaints you and your team will act as the first line of contact for Birmingham Museums Trust.
Your role will bring to life generating income from bookings and membership sales through to retaining customers and conflict resolution. You’ll work proficiently to ensure that across both written and telephone contact we deliver a world class experience. When things don’t go quite right and we hear from our visitors, you’ll ensure they are acknowledged and reassured – either by email, phone or via review websites – you and your team will respond.
Success in this role will be measured in a variety of ways including team engagement, visitor satisfaction and visitor numbers. Your role will have a direct impact on a number of financial KPI’s on which you will be measured alongside other colleagues (for example: telephone membership sales/ upsells)
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience of managing a team.
Ability to solve problems for visitors and staff.
Ability to prioritise tasks in order to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
