Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
About the Role
Smart Solutions are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Sort Line Operatives. You will be part of a busy Waste environment, sorting materials safely and efficiently to support daily operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting materials on a fast-moving line on a conveyor belt to remove contamination from the waste stream
Identifying and separating recyclable, reusable, and non-recyclable items
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working area
Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors
Following all site health & safety procedures
Working collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to follow health & safety procedures
Experience in production, warehouse, or recycling operations is helpful but not essential — full training provided
Shift & Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
