Service Advisor
Location: Ruislip
Salary: £32,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE 46,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

We have a new opportunity in Ruislip for a Service Advisor for my clients main dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiened Service Advisor to work with a highly reputable brand and company that can offer progression and development opportunities.
Service Advisor Duties
• Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
• Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
• A full UK driving licence
• Willing to work weekends
