Telesales Executive required in Runcorn - £14.00 Per Hour Plus Commission & Bonus!
Exchange People are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to help us grow our client base. If you enjoy outbound calling, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch, we’d love to hear from you.
Working within our office in Runcorn, you’ll be joining a family business who’ve been supporting candidates and clients in the North-West and Glasgow since 1997.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to industrial businesses to introduce Exchange People
- Building a prospect list and developing new opportunities
- Booking meetings and supporting the sales pipeline
- Keeping accurate notes and updates in our CRM
What we’re looking for:
- Previous telesales / outbound B2B sales experience
- A confident, professional phone manner
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Experience building a database from scratch, especially when developing a new geographic area, would be an advantage but not essential
This is a part-time role, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Flexibility of days/hours can be discussed at interview.
The rate of pay for the role is £14 per hour, plus commission & bonus!
