We are a school with pupils who are happy, polite and will make you smile every day! We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and hardworking Teaching Assistant to work in KS2 supporting a pupil, 1:1, with an Education, Health Care plan (EHCP).
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with a child 1:1.
- Show initiative and creativity in developing a bespoke curriculum where necessary.
- Have confidence and experience in using a range of strategies to support children and keep them safe when experiencing heightened behaviour.
- Be confident when engaging with parents and outside agencies.
- Celebrate success and create, play and engage pupils in activities both 1:1 and in small groups.
