• Delivering personalised 1:1 and small group interventions focusing on literacy, numeracy, and emotional resilience
• Supporting SEND and vulnerable learners to unlock their full potential
• Collaborating closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and outside agencies for maximum impact
• Tracking progress, celebrating achievement, and reporting outcomes to leadership
• Acting as a role model, championing positive behaviour and high aspirations
