M&E Quantity Surveyor (Assistant, Intermediate & Senior Levels)
We are a leading main contractor specializing in the construction, refurbishment, and remodeling of complex schemes across central London. Our portfolio spans multiple sectors, including CAT A and B office fit-outs, high-end residential, schools, hotels, and leisure.
We are currently looking for talented M&E Quantity Surveyors at Assistant, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our busy team based in our central London office or on-site within Zone 1. These are permanent roles with an immediate start for the right candidates. The RolesYou will be responsible for tendering MEPH packages on new projects and managing sub-contractor variation accounts. Projects are typically procured on a single-stage, two-stage, or negotiated basis.

Key Requirements & Experience
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate competence in the following areas:

Tendering Expertise: Experience tendering MEPH packages (Mechanical, Electrical, BMS, Sprinklers, IT/Data, Security, AV, Lifts, etc.) on a 2-stage basis .

Commercial Management: Proven ability to manage sub-contractor variation accounts, applications, and upstream change orders.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of design risks, CDP requirements, spatial coordination, and compliances such as BREEAM, WELL, and Wired Score.

Analytical Skills: Ability to formulate detailed pricing schedules and interrogate sub-contractor tender returns to ensure full compliance.

Value Engineering: Experience driving value engineering exercises and advising on MEPH alternatives.
Skillsets & Attributes

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for effective interaction with both sub-contractors and client teams.

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and knowledge of Bluebeam.

Organization: Excellent attention to detail regarding document formatting and the ability to work to strict procurement deadlines.

Collaboration: A team player with the personal skills to support the wider project team on complex MEPH issues
