With a diverse service portfolio and strong growth ambitions, the business is now poised to accelerate its expansion. Backed by enhanced operational capabilities from its strong ownership model, the company is focused on driving efficiency, profitability, and long-term success.
Your new role
As a key member of the commercial finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Your responsibilities will span the provision of regular, insightful analysis to inform decision making, including detailed reporting on project and product performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver financial forecasting, annual budgeting, business cases, and tenders, ensuring the organisation is equipped with accurate and timely financial insights.
You will also partner with operational teams to lead the budgeting and forecasting processes that underpin strategic planning. A core part of the role involves delivering meaningful financial analysis that enables data driven decisions across the business. You will collaborate with the SLT and wider teams to provide commercial and analytical support, while working with business partners on function specific analysis and strategic initiatives that drive performance and long term value.

You will also demonstrate a proactive, solutions focused mindset and a genuine passion for adding value in a fast paced environment.
What you'll get in return
