As a Concierge / Porter, you will be the go-to point of contact across our corporate site, ensuring seamless office services, supporting events, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience for employees and visitors.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining concierge services, meeting room coordination, event support, and light porterage duties.
What you’ll do
Workplace & Concierge ServicesProvide a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience for employees, clients, and visitors
Act as the single point of contact for workplace queries and assistance
Support visitor management, including issuing access passes and directing guests
Conduct daily floor walks and report maintenance issues to the helpdesk
Maintain a tidy, professional reception and office environment
Prepare meeting rooms to required standards, including furniture setup and reconfiguration
Check AV equipment, cabling, air conditioning and presentation materials are ready for use
Ensure meeting rooms meet health & safety standards and are free from hazards
Undertakes light manual handling and porterage requests as required
Act as the primary contact for on-site events and functions
Coordinate event space bookings and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish
Liaise with internal teams and service partners to meet event requirements
Support events that may occasionally occur outside normal hours
Promote and maintain a safe, compliant working environment
Complete safety walks and report hazards or faults
Ensure site rules and environmental procedures are followed
What you’ll bring
A strong customer-focused approach and passion for service excellence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work proactively and solve problems independently
Physically fit and able to undertake light manual handling tasks
Flexibility to support events when required
Experience in concierge, facilities, hospitality, or workplace services
Experience supporting events or coordinating services
Computer literacy and familiarity with office systems
