Summary
Teaching Assistant for SEN/ALN Level 1, Grade 2, PT 2 £17,102*30 hours per week - Term Time Only (39 weeks)
To work as part of Learning Support Team in supporting & including students with special educational needs in mainstream. We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and well organised Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. You will provide support for pupils with SEN/ALN in the classroom. You will work and receive instruction from a number of staff members, including SEN/ALN Coordinator, class teachers, senior teaching assistants, therapists.
Experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. You will also be expected to work cooperatively and constructively with sensitivity towards the Catholic ethos of the school.
Closing date: Midday, Monday 9th March 2026, shortlisting and interviews will take place soon after this date.* The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment for the commencement of employment outside of the start date of 1st September.This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
