Summary

The Digital department are looking for a highly motivated & enthusiastic technician to support our students and staff with the management and delivery of lessons; including the use, set up and take down of a variety of equipment across our Lichfield campus.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a technical competence working with a range of equipment as well as a desire to be actively engage with delivery, support learners and staff to make full use of the rooms and facilities to produce a variety creative output (inclusive of our Media, Esports and Podcasting facilities).
This new role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in the technical aspects of live events, streaming and production to work with our teaching team to bring out the confidence and creativity of our students, in a supportive environment, helping to drive the professionalism of our students towards future opportunities in a range of creative industries.
The successful applicant should ideally have supporting qualifications either in Media, Esports, games production or relevant industry experience, alongside ideally a proven track record of working with staff and students to support, inspire and motive, while ensuring the needs of the department are met.
