Summary

Porthcawl Comprehensive School Curriculum Support Worker 32 hours per week Salary Grade 7 £28598 (Actual Pro Rata: £21180 per annum) Term Time Only Start Date – 1st September 2026 The Governors of Porthcawl Comprehensive School wish to appoint a Curriculum Support Worker to deliver bespoke curriculum support programmes which enable pupils to achieve the outcomes identified in their agreed curriculum plans. The post holder will support pupil progress and any curriculum modification for identified pupils in different year groups. The post holder will be based in the school’s curriculum support provision. This is a newly developed facility designed to provide bespoke interventions and learning. This position will evolve and responsibilities may change/develop, the school is fully committed to you and your continued professional development.
