What You’ll DoSupport classroom activity in Early Years (Nursery/Reception) with empathy and professionalismAssist the class teacher in delivering activities that support social, emotional, and educational developmentWork with individuals and small groups, adapting your approach to meet children’s needsHelp create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued
Who We’re Looking ForYou might be someone with previous experience in Early Years or education support, great! But that’s not essential. What matters most to us is:A genuine interest in helping young children grow and flourishA proactive and patient approach to supporting learning and wellbeingA collaborative spirit, you’ll be working closely with teachers and colleaguesQualifications in childcare or education are desirable but not required
