Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Production Operatives / Packers to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Wellington, Somerset.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking long-term, full-time work, with flexible working patterns available.

Key Duties

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Pack and weigh products accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements

  • Previous production or packing experience desirable but not essential.

  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Reliable and punctual approach to work.

What We Offer

  • Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm (40 hours per week).
