Customer Services Representative - Manchester

£27,300 + Hybrid Working + Clear Progression

We're looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team and help deliver exceptional service across a range of investment products.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across products such as Trading Accounts, Stocks & Shares ISAs and SIPPs. You'll be trusted to:

  • Understand each customer's needs and take full ownership of their query
  • Provide clear, confident guidance on products and services
  • Handle complex queries with accuracy, professionalism and care
  • Build strong relationships and deliver the exceptional service we're known for
  • Work in a fast‑paced, specialist contact centre environment where high standards matter

Progression & Development

You'll start with a full induction and hands‑on support from your Team Lead. As you grow, you'll move through a structured progression framework - gaining deeper product knowledge, handling more complex queries, and increasing your earning potential.

Shift patterns vary between 7:45am-5:45pm Monday to Friday, with one later shift week every 8 weeks once trained in international dealing.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in a contact centre or customer‑focused environment
  • Confidence handling complex products or detailed information
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Ability to multitask across systems while staying calm under pressure
  • Experience in an FCA‑regulated environment is a bonus
Requirements
  • Ability to build rapport across all communication channels
  • Strong IT skills and confidence navigating multiple systems
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
