- Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standards
- Provide warm, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Upsell treatments and retail products in a natural, guest-focused way
- Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel team
- Support the smooth daily operation of the spa facilities
- Qualified spa or beauty therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred
- Passionate about wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest care
- Professional, warm, and confident communicator
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
