Summary
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To provide professional leadership for staff within the CALT on service user assessment and care planning of physical health and wellbeing. To have good evidence-based knowledge of the physical health needs of locality team service users. To have good evidence based knowledge around the use of clozapine and to support the service and staff in clozapine initiation within the home environment. To support the administration of long acting antipsychotic depots in clinic and other environments and in particular the management ofOlanzapine depots within the clinic setting To support monitoring of lithium levels . Develop strategy for those service users not able to engage in the clinic model to receive physical health checks. To lead, deliver and oversee the smooth running of physical health clinic Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
