Summary
We are seeking a wellmotivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of a highquality service for all users of the Postgraduate Education Centre. The Education Programme Coordinator plays a key role in organising and administering curriculumrelated activities for resident doctors in training, ensuring that educational programmes are delivered effectively and in line with training requirements. This role involves coordinating teaching programmes, meetings, inductions, assessments, clinical examinations, supervision arrangements, and associated documentation. The post holder will work closely with learners, supervisors, and senior educational leads to support the delivery of highquality postgraduate medical education. The position requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive and positive approach, and the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of medical and nonmedical professionals. Experience handling complex, confidential, sensitive, and financial information is essential, as is the ability to use tact, persuasion, and negotiation when required. The post holder will work across both the City Hospital and QMC campuses. The successful candidate must be an effective team player and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with sometimes difficult situations, and cope well under pressure. Prior customer service and finance experience is therefore a must.
