As a Sales Account Executive you will join our team and play a key role in building strong customer relationships. If you enjoy talking to people, being organised and providing a great service, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
* As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to sales enquiries via email, phone and online meetings
* Building strong client relationships
* Gaining a strong technical understanding of our products
* Coordinating with our Production team to ensure orders are processed, providing excellent after sales service.
* Preparing reports and forecasts to inform decision making within the business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and the right mindset. Ideally someone who has:
* Experience of working within a busy administrative role with excellent IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A can-do attitude with the desire to learn and develop
* Excellent attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
