Groundworker (Dumper & Roller Qualified)
SSEN Power Project – Banniskirk / Halkirk (Near Thurso, Scotland)

CPB are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworkers holding Dumper & Roller tickets to join our team on the prestigious SSEN Power Project in Banniskirk / Halkirk.
This is a long-term opportunity with excellent rates and consistent hours for the right candidate.
The Role:
• General groundworks on major infrastructure project
• Drainage installation
• Ducting and trench works
• Foundations and concrete works
• Operating Forward Tipping Dumper & Roller when required
• Working safely around plant and live services
✅ Requirements:
• Valid CSCS Card
• CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets (with CSCS logo)
• Proven experience on civil engineering / infrastructure projects
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong understanding of site health & safety
• Full UK right to work
Experience on large-scale energy or utility projects preferred.
What We Offer:
• Excellent hourly rates (depending on experience)
• 5–6 days per week
• 10–12 hour shifts
• CIS payment available
