As a Talent Pipeline Coordinator, you will move candidates quickly, safely and positively through our hiring process. You’ll conduct structured screening calls, assess suitability with safeguarding at the forefront, and coordinate face-to-face interviews with Nursery Managers.
You’ll often be the first voice of Kindred — creating a warm, professional and efficient experience from first contact through to interview.
What You’ll Need
Essential
Experience in recruitment coordination, screening, customer service or similar fast-paced role
Confidence conducting phone and virtual interviews
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines
Excellent communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Confident using ATS or scheduling systems
Willingness to learn and apply safer recruitment principles
Desirable
Experience in childcare or early years
Experience in a multi-site organisation
Knowledge of DBS, safeguarding, EYFS, right to work checks or regulated roles
Certificate in Recruitment Practice
Commitment to ongoing professional development
What You’ll Be Doing
Pipeline & Screening
Review and progress applications across multiple nursery locations
Conduct structured screening interviews assessing experience, safeguarding awareness, values alignment and suitability
Match candidates to appropriate settings
Coordinate and book interviews with Nursery Managers
Safeguarding & Compliance
Apply safer recruitment practices consistently
Explore employment gaps and motivations for working with children
Escalate any safeguarding concerns
Maintain accurate, secure ATS records in line with GDPR
Coordination & Candidate Experience
Manage diary coordination to secure interview slots quickly
Provide clear communication to candidates and nursery teams
Maintain momentum through prompt follow-ups
Deliver a warm, professional and supportive candidate journey
Performance
Track pipeline activity and key metrics
Identify delays and suggest process improvements
