Release Manager - Active SC, AWS
Up to £500 per day - Inside IR35

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Release Manager with Active SC clearance for an end client within the public sector.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Release Manager within the Public Sector.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Own and coordinate end‑to‑end release cycles for AWS‑hosted Java/Spring Boot services, ensuring readiness, dependency management, quality checks and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee deployments through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar), managing environments, resolving issues, and supporting teams working with Dockerised microservices and SQL databases.
- Ensure governance, risk management and adherence to change‑control processes, including validating test coverage and sign‑off criteria ahead of releases.
- Drive continual improvement in release processes, collaborating with agile delivery teams and leveraging knowledge of tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Gradle, Liquibase, Kafka, React and Typescript.
