Contract: Part Time Salary: £22.88 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 22Manor House Care Home is a large, privately owned service with several specialist divisions, providing tailored care for up to 125 residents. Within our 40 bed General Nursing division, we deliver 24 hour nursing care to adults with complex physical health needs in a safe, well supported and professionally led environment.
Registered Nurse – General Nursing (RGN / RMN)
- £22.88 per hour
- Contracted to 22 hours per week
- Alternate weekend working
- Pension scheme
- Paid DBS, uniform and free onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
The Role
As a Registered Nurse within our General Nursing division, you will deliver high quality, person centred nursing care to residents with complex physical health conditions. You will complete clinical assessments, develop and review care plans, oversee medication management and ensure accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
You will lead shifts with confidence, support and guide the care team, and monitor changes in residents’ physical health, responding promptly and appropriately. Maintaining infection control standards and promoting safe working practices will form part of your daily responsibilities. Through your clinical leadership, residents will feel secure, respected and supported to live as comfortably and independently as possible.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Experience in a nursing or care home environment is desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively
- A calm, professional and resident focused approach
