Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse
Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday 08:30 till 16:30 or 09:00 till 17:00 options to move onto shift pattern work 2 Shift in furture.
Pay: 13.70 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance or Reach Drivers to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate FLT trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
- Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
- Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
- Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.
- Valid FLT licence (in-date and accredited).
- Or Valid Counterbalance or Reach for conversion
- Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 2 years
- Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude.
