- 08:00 - 18:00
- 12:00 - 22:00
- (May include weekend working)
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Pivot Steer Forklift Operative to join a busy e-commerce fulfilment warehouse in Paddock Wood. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation with manual warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi) forklift truck
- Picking, loading, and moving stock within the warehouse
- Manual handling tasks including lifting, packing, and order preparation
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Please note: The role is split approximately 50/50 between forklift work and manual handling.
Licences & Training
- Pivot Steer licence preferred
- Candidates with valid Counterbalance or Reach Truck licences are welcome - conversion training to Pivot Steer will be provided
What We're Looking For
- Valid forklift licence (Pivot Steer, Counterbalance, or Reach)
- Willingness to undertake manual handling duties
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends when required
- Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience desirable
