We support our partners from the feasibility stage, through to development, and execution stage and to the asset optimisation stage We advise our valued clients to support negotiations for the new built and M&A stages.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially driven professional to join our London office. This is an office-based role will focus on overall sales responsibilities for the services that GreenEnco® is offering. You’ll be instrumental in expanding GreenEnco®’s project portfolio across the UK and international markets, while supporting clients in achieving high-performance solar and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand GreenEnco’s values and service verticals
• Identify, engage, and nurture opportunities with IPPs, asset managers, investors, and EPCs.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and partner needs to support client acquisitions
• Represent GreenEnco at UK industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Set-up fully functional CRM (Hobspot or Monday.com/etc)
• Follow and improve the GreenEnco sales strategies
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them and optimise sales cycle
• Competitor assessment to place GreenEnco in a winning positive
• Establish and maintain strong relationship management with our partners, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective partners
• Achieve and then exceed your assigned sales quota following best industry practice sales processes.
o Planning sales calls, follow the meeting objectives, post meeting follow up, Prepare appropriate documents/proposals, review documents with prospects and presentation and secure sales
• Interface with internal design, consultant and data analyst team
• Understand GreenEnco’s Marketing Strategy
o Drive implementation the Marketing Strategy
o Follow and improve the GreenEnco marketing process
o The Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) project for the website starts
o Application of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) practices
o Support webpage optimisation
o Conversions set up on Google Analytics
o Content plan (website content & email marketing)
o Follow and support the social media strategy of GreenEnco
o Follow and support the branding strategy of GreenEnco

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent.
• 1 -3 years of experience in solar PV and/or energy storage sector.
• Track record of successful sales process, or client-facing experience in the UK or international clean energy markets.
• Eligible to work fulltime in the UK.
• Full driving license.
