What you'll do:
Deliver high-quality cleaning within a controlled cleanroom and production environment to strict standards
Follow detailed cleaning schedules, ensuring all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks are completed efficiently
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with COSHH and Health & Safety requirements
Maintain cleaning stores, equipment, and materials in a safe, tidy, and operational condition
Identify and report hazards, defects, low stock levels, or safety concerns promptly
Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and site teams to maintain operational excellence
Provide flexible support across different areas during absence or peak demand
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying better ways of working
Deliver a professional, friendly service to site staff and stakeholders at all times
Support the wider team in maintaining a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment
What you'll bring:
Experience working in cleaning, facilities, manufacturing, or regulated environments (cleanroom experience desirable)
Knowledge of safe chemical handling and willingness to work within COSHH guidelines
Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in the workplace
Ability to follow structured procedures and work to high standards consistently
A proactive approach to reporting issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
Team-focused mindset with the ability to work professionally with others
Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional out-of-hours work
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness in safety-critical environments
Willingness to complete required training and continuously develop skills
Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work
