Summary


The DDaT Transformation Programme Co‑ordinator supports the delivery of the Trust’s digital transformation portfolio by coordinating programme documentation, monitoring milestones, and maintaining governance records. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage risks and reporting across multiple projects, and close collaboration with clinical, operational, and external partners. As a key support function, the postholder ensures programme transparency, consistency, and adherence to agreed methodologies, contributing to effective system‑wide transformation.
• Coordinate and manage; people, processes and paperwork
• Work with key stakeholders
• Work as part of a small team
• Providing programme management support
• Coordinate and facilitating project meetings
• Produce monthly reports
• Develop post project evaluation reports
