The Electronics Repair & Production Engineer Job Opportunity
A specialist engineering business is looking for an Electronics Repair & Production Engineer to support repairs, fault-finding, production assembly, testing, and calibration of high-precision electronic equipment used by professionals worldwide.
This is not a production-line role but a hands-on, technical position requiring experience diagnosing, repairing, and testing complex electronic devices.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Electronics role
Diagnosing and repairing complex electronic equipment at component level
Fault finding on analogue and digital electronics
Calibration, testing, and verification of returned equipment
Supporting continuous improvement of repair and production processes
Assisting with electronic assembly and prototype builds
Maintaining accurate technical records and documentation
Working closely with engineering and technical teams to maintain product performance standards
This is a role where attention to detail and technical accuracy is essential.
What We’re Looking For in the Electronics Repair & Production Engineer Role
You’ll likely have experience in:
Electronic test and measurement equipment
Power electronics or instrumentation
Component-level PCB diagnostics
Using standard electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
Able to support EMC and safety compliance testing
Work to IPC-A-610 soldering standards
Reading and interpreting schematics and circuit diagrams
Some mechanical knowledge is advantageous
We’re looking for someone who can start contributing immediately, with a solid foundation in electronics and a practical approach to problem-solving.
